What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst, you will be the linchpin of our project success, translating complex requirements into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for the development team.
- Analyze data trends and produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of the Agile/Scrum software development life cycle.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
