Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer and the technical team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support during system implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or energy sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
