Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and act as the subject matter expert for business processes.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
