Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
