Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Design and document current and future state process maps (UML, BPMN) to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements documents (SRD).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
