- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation, including user stories and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement and optimize KPIs to measure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in software development or IT consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
