Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or e-commerce
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of documenting requirements for web/mobile applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
