Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Design and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven project delivery
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
