Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business needs.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Facilitate the testing and validation process to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
