Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and project objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and system diagrams (UML/BPMN).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product management) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of project status, risks, and dependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
