Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear communication.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and system specifications.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution within Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and at least one reporting tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and requirement gathering techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
