Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and analyze business needs and functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Design and document end-to-end business process flows using BPMN and UML to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Agile Support: Act as a liaison between product owners, developers, and QA teams during the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate user stories, wireframes, and technical specifications in Jira and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Information Technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joining, subqueries) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.
