Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our development teams. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, modeling data flows, and ensuring project success from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering interviews with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and use case documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Create clear and concise reporting dashboards to track project progress and KPIs.
- Monitor project milestones and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is a plus.
