Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions to recommend best practices.
- Facilitate meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
