Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process maps, wireframes, and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state to recommend strategic solutions.
- Monitor project metrics and deliverables to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
