Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, process maps, and user stories using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- System Analysis: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for software development.
- Testing & QA: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate the deployment of new solutions.
- Data Reporting: Generate and interpret reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on detail and accuracy.
