What You Will Do
We are looking for a dedicated individual to:
- Drive the end-to-end requirements gathering process through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
- Design process maps, wireframes, and use case diagrams to visualize solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and create comprehensive training documentation.
Who You Are
We require a candidate who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Design and maintain process models, wireframes, and user flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate user training sessions.
- Monitor project metrics and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
