Responsibilities
- Gather & Analyze Requirements: Conduct interviews and workshops to capture detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Map current business processes and design optimized workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, root cause them, and propose effective solutions.
