Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets and metrics to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
