Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Perform data analysis and create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with system architecture.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications and test plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
