Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Develop process flows and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PBA preferred)
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
