Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics

- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate system solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements in UML or similar methodologies
- Knowledge of financial systems compliance (SOX, PCI-DSS)
