Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation for complex projects.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points and goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or Finance sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
