Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define business needs and project scope.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and UI mockups using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems and software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
