The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring that our solutions meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and system specifications using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
