Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Design and maintain data models, process flows, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
