Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, user stories, and flowcharts using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Gap Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including functional specifications and data dictionaries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
