Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain process maps, wireframes, and use cases using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Axure.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for the development and engineering teams.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions before deployment.
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
