Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex software and process implementation.
- Process Mapping: Design and maintain detailed process maps (UML, BPMN) to visualize current state workflows and propose optimized future state solutions.
- Data Interpretation: Leverage SQL and data analytics to extract insights from large datasets, providing data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Project Facilitation: Act as the liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with strategic goals and within scope.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and test plans to guide development and QA teams effectively.
- Reporting: Develop and present clear, concise reports and dashboards to leadership regarding project progress and business health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data querying and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; experience with JIRA or Confluence is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable, scalable solutions.
