Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for new product features and system improvements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define scope and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, use cases, and UI mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to the timeline or deliverables.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure the impact of changes on business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services or Healthcare sector is a plus.
