Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough research to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and design innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Data Interpretation: Utilize SQL and data analytics to extract insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and mitigating risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI preferred).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
