We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst to drive our strategic initiatives. In this immediate hire role, you will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring that our software solutions perfectly align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.
- Process Modeling: Develop process maps, use cases, and user flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Gap Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps between the 'as-is' state and the 'to-be' state.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) is successful and defects are resolved.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and JIRA or Confluence.
- Methodologies: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
