Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- System Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and system designs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, wireframes, process maps, and use cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
