Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation to define clear business needs and system functionalities.
- Process Modeling: Create and maintain detailed process maps, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks associated with business processes.
- Gap Analysis: Evaluate current processes against industry standards and proposed solutions to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions, write test plans, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in Scrum teams.
- Documentation: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
