Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with IT and Product teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the Sacramento area occasionally.
