Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses and facilitate workshops to define process improvements.
- Create detailed process maps, use case diagrams, and functional requirements documentation.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to the timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
