Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and define project scope.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Map current state workflows and design future state processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of resolving complex business problems through analytical thinking.
