Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define product scope and success metrics.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes for development teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows and recommending data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD) and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, immediate-hire environment.
