Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle the following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirements definition throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to deliverables.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
