Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirement elicitation and analysis through interviews, workshops, and document reviews to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that technical solutions accurately reflect business requirements and industry best practices.
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and system acceptance criteria using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, providing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in the SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
