The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will analyze complex business requirements, identify gaps, and drive process improvements that deliver tangible value to our clients.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and digital transformation.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and use case specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks or blockers to stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or contract environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
