Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scope, and translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and technical documentation to guide development and testing teams.
- Agile Coordination: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective solutions.
