Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and document functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows and system logic.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of IT projects, providing ongoing support and documentation during the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
