Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Model current and future business processes using flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Analyze complex data sets and business requirements to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document detailed functional requirements and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding key milestones and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
