Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Translate complex business needs into functional, user-friendly requirements and user stories.
- Design and maintain process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvement strategies.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
