Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT department to ensure project alignment.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a part-time or consulting capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
