Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and use cases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
