Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for software development and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas for optimization within current business processes.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Process Flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Support the testing and QA phases by creating test cases and validating user stories to ensure successful system implementation.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
