What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases using BPMN standards.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current operations and desired future states.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA engineers to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Document and manage the requirements lifecycle throughout the Agile development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and software testing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
