Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements using standard templates.
- Create Documentation: Develop process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to communicate system logic clearly.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support Project Planning: Participate in sprint planning and project status meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Conduct Research: Research industry best practices and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and think logically.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
